Carly Arrigoni

Client Services Manager

As Client Services Manager, Carly is responsible for growing positive and productive client relationships and delivering on contracted services. Carly also strives for projects that are delivered in a timely manner. She ensures that travel and events run smoothly and efficiently.

Carly has been formally trained by world-class service organizations. Before joining Metrigy, Carly worked in customer service for The Walt Disney Company. She also went through flight attendant training and flew with United Airlines for several years. Carly also led safety training for flight attendants around the world.

Carly earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Outside of Metrigy, she enjoys traveling, working out at Orange Theory Fitness, and spending time with her family.
