November 28, 2023 – Alianza announced a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver Alianza’s cloud communications platform to communication service providers (CSPs). The collaboration agreement enables providers to deploy the Alianza platform, hosted within AWS. Alianza’s offering enables CSPs to provide their own white label unified communications as a service (UCaaS) including calling, messaging, meetings, and contact center. Alianza and AWS will also work together to deliver future capabilities such as features based on generative AI via Amazon Bedrock, and conversational bots leveraging Amazon Lex.
