Sept. 6, 2023 – Bandwidth has introduced AIBridge, the latest pre-built integration for Maestro, its next-generation, open enterprise cloud communications platform introduced earlier this year and available now. With Maestro, Bandwidth aims to provide a way that companies can easily integrate their choice of real-time voice apps across UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI/machine learning platforms. Initially supporting integrations for Cognigy and Google Dialogflow, AIBridge will enable companies to move from traditional IVR technologies to conversational AI bot platforms, with the goal of offloading calls from live agents.
