MetriNote – Mitel Introduces New DECT Handsets

What's the news?

Sept. 7, 2023 – Mitel has announced its 700d series of next-generation DECT handsets. The 700d series consists of four models, each sharing a 2.4” color LCD screen:

  • The 712dt base model
  • The 722dt, which adds an emergency alarm button for security use cases
  • The 732d, with an integrated “man-down” sensor for vulnerable worker use cases, as well as dust and water protection
  • The 742d, which is ATEX/Ex certified for use in potentially explosive work locations such as those in the energy, manufacturing, and distilling industries

All devices are Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C equipped.
