MetriNote – Mural Launches Microsoft 365 Copilot Integration

November 1, 2023 – Mural announced integration between its virtual whiteboard platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft’s generative AI productivity tool for Microsoft 365 apps. This integration enables Copilot users to use natural language to query or summarize data created and stored within Mural. Mural is one of the first third-party application providers to integrate with Copilot, with integration already available at the time of Copilot general availability on November 1st. In addition, Mural announced Mural AI, its own generative AI features to allow users to generate summaries, mind maps, and follow-on brainstorming actions, as well as to create clusters from groups of similar ideas. Mural AI is included at no additional cost in its enterprise license plan.
