What's the news?
March 5, 2025 – Slack has introduced enterprise search for Slack, an expanded capability to search company-wide data resources using Slack’s AI conversational search. Enterprise search for Slack supports several connected applications with the initial list including popular project management and software development platforms (Asana, Github, and Jira), file repositories (Box, Google Drive), as well as Salesforce. Enterprise search for Slack with Google Drive and Github connectivity is initially available to Slack Enterprise Grid customers, with a broader rollout planned for those with Slack AI licenses.
