February 04, 2025 – Smarsh announced that it has acquired CallCabinet to bring cloud-based call recording and analytics into its compliance portfolio. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. CallCabinet’s full suite of offerings includes call recording for compliance, quality review, and customer experience analysis. CallCabinet also offers AI capabilities for call sentiment analysis and translation.
