Talkdesk last month announced it has layered generative AI (GenAI) across its contact center platform to improve every stage of the customer journey. This is an expansion of Talkdesk’s previous AI initiatives, with enhancements centered on automation, agent productivity, customer satisfaction, and leveraging AI safely. The new product features include Automatic Summary and Generative Knowledge Retrieval, Automatic Topic Discovery, Process-Based Virtual Agent, Generative Knowledge Retrieval, Data Augmentation, GenAI Observability, and GenAI Fine-tuning & Simulation.
