Initial capabilities include the ability to use Workvivo AI to search for information across Workvivo, and to use prompts to create content including surveys and commendations. Customers can also take advantage of workflow automation capabilities to eliminate repetitive manual actions. Workvivo AI is available today to existing Workvivo customers at no additional cost.
