MetriNote – Intradiem Leverages AI to Reduce Agent Attrition

What's the news?

September 12, 2023 – Intradiem has announced an AI-powered solution to identify agents who are at risk of burnout and predict the likelihood that they’ll leave the company. What’s more, the solution also will recommend actions for supervisors to mitigate the risk of them leaving, with suggestions including additional training or wellness breaks, which can be automatically scheduled from within Intradiem’s solution. The solution predicts churn accurately 80% of the time, and CEO Matt McConnell told Metrigy he expects this figure to reach 90% by early 2024.
