MetriNote – Zoho Previews Enterprise Enhancements for Cliq Team Comms App

Oct. 9, 2023 – Zoho is upleveling its teams communications app, Zoho Cliq, with enterprise-focused features for meetings, content and data, developers, and AI use. The updates include a dedicated conference room app that allows meetings via Android TV; a new way to host live virtual events; eDiscovery, data retention policy, and audit logs, for data protection, monitoring, and recovery in case of investigations and trials; enhancements to the Cliq developer platform, for building, integrating, and running custom apps; and use of Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, for generating summaries of unread messages, meeting transcripts, and for writing assistance. Beginning in November, Zoho is offering Cliq in four different licensing plans: Free, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise.
