August 6, 2024 – European unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) and network provider Enreach has launched Enreach Contact Anywhere, a fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) solution that lets employees use their mobile devices as a primary business phone, through integration with the native dialer. Additional features include call logging, call transfer to any business line, and the ability for managers to track and listen in on live calls. To enable employees to use their mobile devices for both business and personal calling, Enreach uses an eSIM approach. Enreach is promoting this offering as ideal for frontline workers who do not have a traditional desk phone and do not want to use a dedicated UC app for calling. Enreach Contact Anywhere is available now.
