MetriNote – Kurmi Delivers ServiceNow Integration to Simplify ITSM

September 3, 2024 – Workplace collaboration (WC) management vendor Kurmi has announced ServiceNow integration, available now in the ServiceNow app store. With this integration, IT support personnel have direct insight into UC administrative data gathered and managed by Kurmi, without the need to switch among management consoles. IT support teams can also use this new integration to automate administrative tasks such as moves/adds/changes/deletes, password and PIN resets, and new user activation.
