MetriNote – Theta Lake Expands Risk and Compliance Suite Capabilities

November 12, 2024 – Theta Lake has announced the delivery of multiple new features to its Risk and Compliance Suite, a digital communications governance solution for regulated organizations. Broadly, these new features fall into three categories:
  • Unified Capture – allowing companies to obtain and correlate data from a variety of collaboration applications. Theta Lake released more than 65 new capabilities including support for a growing number of collaboration apps and services from RingCentral, Saphyre Chat, Verizon, Zoom, and more. Specific examples include tracking configuration drift and health monitoring, as well as media capture across various communications modalities.
  • Unified Search – enabling compliance managers to support audit-trail requirements for all media types (voice, video, and messaging). Unified Search provides a single view into all communications, across different modalities. Theta Lake released more than 40 new features for Unified Search, including advanced translation, image summarization, and more.
  • Proactive Compliance – giving compliance managers the ability to automatically detect risks within corporate communications, and to trigger appropriate workflows. Theta Lake noted more than 30 new features for Proactive Compliance, including the ability to detect multilingual conversations as well as the use of third-party note-taking applications within meetings and off-channel communications.
