MetriNote – Wrike to Add Visual Collaboration Via Acquisition

December 10, 2024 – Wrike has announced that it is bringing visual collaboration into its collaborative work management platform via technology from the planned acquisition of French company Klaxoon. Klaxoon offers infinite whiteboard and a variety of visual collaboration capabilities, including the ability to present text or media content visually, add quiz and survey questions, or embed slideshows for presenting content. With integrated visual collaboration, users will be able to streamline work processes from ideation through completion, all from within the Wrike interface and relying on AI capabilities. The acquisition is expected to close by Q1 2025.
