MetriNote – Zoho Extends Zia AI Service to New Content Hubs

June 18, 2025 – Zoho has introduced Zia Hubs, an AI solution available with the company’s WorkDrive content management and collaboration platform. With Zia Hubs, users create and populate dedicated project- and task-specific hubs with unstructured business data, such as PDFs, documents, videos, and audio files (including from third-party applications). They can then use Zia, Zoho’s AI tool, to analyze and query the content using natural language search. Zia surfaces answers from across the different types of content, with links back to the source—including down to the moment in an audio or video file. Within Zia Hubs, users also can create custom workflows, using the company’s Flow app, to automate document storage and content placement into a hub. Future plans include the ability to identify structured content within unstructured files and activate agentic AI agents tailored to business requirements. Zia Hubs is available in early access for selected Workdrive users in the U.S.; general release for U.S. and international users is expected by the end of Q3 2025, Zoho said.
