Salesforce’s intent is to bring Regrello’s capabilities into Agentforce and Slack, enabling customers to replace disconnected tools and manual processes with coordinated, AI-driven workflows. Executives from both companies emphasized that the deal will accelerate Salesforce’s vision of the agentic enterprise. Set to close in Salesforce’s third fiscal quarter of 2026 (which ends Oct. 31, 2025, the all-cash transaction will not affect Salesforce’s fiscal 2026 guidance or capital return program, Salesforce said.
