Author: Beth Schultz, VP of Research and Principal Analyst What's the news? November 18, 2025 – Zoho has announced an array of enhancements for its flagship Zoho One all-in-one connected workspace platform. With the enhancements, Zoho is touting the evolution of the eight-year-old Zoho One from app-centric to platform-oriented, capable of supporting unified experiences across integrations, context, workflows, and data. Zoho has updated Zoho One in three areas: experience, to remove boundaries between apps; integrations, for native delivery; and intelligence, to create unified, contextually relevant experiences. To elevate a unified experience across the more than 50 applications included with Zoho One, Zoho has created a new user interface (UX). The new UX offers:
  • Spaces – Users can group applications within Zoho One into three distinct types of spaces across the top toolbar: Personal, for personal productivity and other apps unique to the individual; Organizational, for tools enabling company communication; and Department, for departmental applications particular to the user’s role. By unifying features such as search and settings, Spaces allow a consistent experience across a user’s customizable spaces.
  • Action panel and quick navigation – A single action panel provides users with an aggregated view of pending actions, including approvals, across applications. They can quickly navigate to the action panel from anywhere across the Zoho One ecosystem.
  • Dashboards and boards – An expanded dashboard consolidates data from all connected apps, whether native to Zoho One or third-party integrations; a user can personalize a dashboard with pre-existing or custom widgets. Additionally, a user can combine pre-created Zoho One dashboards into a board view. For example, the Tasks app could bring together contextual boards for personal, group, unified, and Projects and Sprints tasks.
  • Visual collaboration – Zoho One now includes Zoho One’s Vani visual collaboration/virtual whiteboard application so users can ideate together in a virtual workspace.
On the integration front, Zoho has bolstered its native integration with Zoho apps and third-party software. Via a unified integration panel in Zoho One, users get visibility into Zoho-to-Zoho integrations, Zoho-to-third-party integrations, and third party-to-third party integrations. Administrators can enable integrations from a central location within the platform. Additionally, Zoho is focusing on pragmatic integrations, such as those needed for domain verification, and outcome-based integrations that extend across workflows. In an example of the former, Zoho now supports pre-built integrations with the GoDaddy domain registrar for quick domain verification. For the latter, Zoho One now features a Smart Offboarding tool for handling offboarding tasks within a single workflow. To add unified, contextual, and aggregated intelligence, Zoho’s AI assistant, Zia, is now featured across Zoho One. Additional enhancements include:
  • Zia Hubs – This intelligent content management system will live within a dedicated Zoho One space, which also will feature dedicated workflows for making data more useful. For example, contracts from Zoho Sign and recorded conversations from Zoho Meetings will automatically populate folders in Zia Hubs, for surfacing using Zia Search.
  • Ask Zia – This conversational search tool will be available within the bottom toolbar, for easy search access across multiple Zoho apps.
Even with the enhancements and new capabilities, pricing for Zoho One remains at a monthly price of $37 per user.
