On February 25, 2026, Crescendo unveiled upgrades to its Crescendo AI Insights offering aimed at further transitioning customer service operations away from static, manual reporting tools in favor of active, AI-powered intelligence. By evaluating operational data and customer interactions end to end, the tool automatically detects trends and root causes without requiring users to manually assemble information from disparate systems. Capabilities include natural language queries that generate dynamic visual reports, “Time Travel” analysis for comparing historical performance without needing data exports, and embedded supporting evidence that connects insights directly to specific conversation transcripts. The upgraded AI Insights is currently accessible to all customers at no additional cost.
