Metrigy’s Al for Business Success – A Consumer Perspective 2025 study of 503 consumers in the US found that Al has become ever entwined within consumers’ daily lives. 88% of consumers have heard of generative Al, with nearly three-quarters having used it. In the workplace, Al is already enhancing productivity through research and content creation. When it comes to customer service, the picture is mixed. Al agents can improve accuracy and efficiency, yet many customers still feel improvement needs to be made before we can eliminate the human interaction aspect.
