Jan. 18, 2024 – 8x8 has announced an extension of its XCaaS unified communications and customer engagement platform to add generative AI-based capabilities for meeting summarization and action item capture. 8x8’s generative AI capabilities also allow for linking meeting notes and summaries to CRM applications.
