MetriNote – GoTo Announces New AI Features for LogMeIn Resolve

Author: Robert Lazar, Research Analyst What's the news? February 18, 2025 GoTo announced three new AI-based features for its endpoint management solution, LogMeIn Resolve. The first of the features, Virtual Technician, enables agents to automate future workflows by learning from prior ones. The second, Command Center, offers a simplified IT dashboard for technical support staff with automated correlation analysis to speed problem resolution. The third, Dynamic Insights, provides a means of identifying IT issues via natural language questions to an AI assistant. The new features are GoTo’s second AI virtual assistant-related development in recent months, following prior announcements in December 2024.
