What's the news?
In late February, global cloud communications platform provider Infobip announced that it is launching a fully managed AI orchestration solution, called AgentOS. The goal of AgentOS, which follows Infobip’s efforts around AI Agents, is to enable companies to orchestrate autonomous customer journeys at scale. The platform features a human-in-the-loop model, uses modular components and open APIs, and integrates Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, enabling AI agents to interact with third-party systems for end-to-end task completion. AgentOS will be available April 1. Infobip did not specify pricing, but told Metrigy that customers will pay a single, predictable platform fee for AgentOS, AI, orchestration, analytics, and channels. Costs will scale with usage: Customers pay a processing fee for outbound interactions that create engagement and business outcomes, while inbound messages don’t incur processing charges.
