MetriNote – LeapXpert Introduces Maxen for AI Insights

March 18, 2024 – LeapXpert has introduced Maxen, a generative AI tool enabling enterprises to gain insights across a variety of communications channels, including business messaging, voice, public messaging, and other collaboration applications. Maxen provides features such as conversation summarization, the ability to gain insights from and add comments to conversation records, and automated creation of follow-up action items. Maxen is available as an add-on module for LeapXpert’s Communication Platform. Pricing was not disclosed.
