MetriNote – Mitel Launches AI-Powered Workflow Automation Platform

November 13, 2025 – Mitel has announced the launch of a low-code/no-code integration platform for enhancing communications with AI-powered functionality, such as language translation and content summarization, and facilitating automation of communications-related workflows, such as routing calls, sending alerts, or updating customer records. The platform, called Mitel Workflow Studio, supports the use of generative AI plug-ins, partner APIs, and Mitel’s API framework to implement AI solutions. The Workflow Studio can be integrated with the Mitel CX contact center platform or be used as standalone with Mitel communication platforms, including MiVoice and OpenScape (availability for the latter coming in first-quarter 2026).
