MetriNote – NetSpeek Aims to Streamline AV Management

What's the news?January 21, 2025 – NetSpeek has launched an innovative new service designed to use AI to manage multivendor audio-visual (AV) environments. NetSpeek’s offering provides an AI agent (Lena) that administrators can use to support installation, provisioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing management of their video conferencing room systems and software. It supports meeting apps from Google, Microsoft, and Zoom, as well as room devices from a variety of hardware vendors, including Barco, Neat, and Poly. The solution is trained on AV management knowledge bases and integrates into ServiceNow. Pricing is not yet disclosed.
