Feb. 13, 2024 – Otter.ai has introduced Meeting GenAI, a generative AI virtual assistant supporting multiple meeting applications. Meeting GenAI gathers insights from meetings, enabling users to query meeting information, generate content such as emails and updates, and view follow-on action items. The app includes Otter AI Chat, for querying meeting information; AI Chat in Channels, for team chat, and Conversation Summary View, that delivers real-time action-item generation and tracking. Otter’s AI features are included in all plans at no additional cost, with usage limits varying by license type.
