September 8, 2025 – RingCentral announced its acquisition of CommunityWFM, a cloud-based, AI-first workforce management (WFM) software solution that includes AI-powered forecasting and scheduling, automated schedule adjustment plans for real-time intraday management, real-time adherence monitoring, and an agent portal. The solution, now called RingCentral AI Workforce Management, is available to customers of the RingCX contact center platform, starting at $20 per agent per month.
