Using information available to it from within Slack channels and connected apps, Slackbot can identify and prioritize tasks, automate workflows, and summarize conversations. Slackbot also allows users to query their work to create project summaries, content, meeting preparation notes, and more. Salesforce is rolling out Slackbot to all existing Business+ and Enterprise+ license customers through the end of February at no additional cost.
