Sept. 19, 2023 – Smartsheet has introduced the next generation of its Smartsheet platform for enterprise work management, complete with a host of new features and functions. With this version of the platform, Smartsheet is significantly increasing the number of active projects a company can run per business program, upping processing speed and scalability, offering new data visualization and dashboard capabilities, introducing workload heat mapping and scheduling within project sheets, and bundling advanced security and governance controls for enterprise plan customers. In addition, Smartsheet’s previously introduced generative AI capabilities are now in private beta. Among the generative AI offerings are data analysis via conversational prompt, an AI-powered help assistant, and the ability to create custom solutions by responding to the question, ‘What do you want to do?’
