MetriNote – Vonage Delivers Communications Security Suite

July 18, 2023 – Vonage has introduced the Vonage Protection Suite, a set of tools to enable organizations to better protect their communications. At launch the suite includes three components:

• Vonage Fraud Defender – for analyzing, blocking, and/or notification of suspicious SMS and voice communications
• Vonage Verify API – enabling multi-factor authentication, fraud prevention, and channel fail-over for SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and email-based authentication as well as toll-fraud prevention
• Vonage Number Insight – providing fraud protection by analyzing inbound calls to assign a fraud score.
