MetriNote – Vyopta Releases User Experience Score

The User Experience Score combines data points with the latest understandings from collaboration science and virtual communication into a metric companies can benchmark against and use to identify inhibitors to engagement, productivity, and wellness. With the score, companies can gain insight on factors such as the impact of context-switching and focus time, meeting patterns, time lost to avoidable problems, and engagement and inclusivity in meetings. As part of the Best of Enterprise Connect 2023 award competition, Vyopta won Best Innovation for Employee Experience Management.
