MetriNote – Zoho Introduces New Browser, AI Features, and More

May 4, 2023 – At its Zoholics customer and analyst event in Austin, Texas, Zoho announced several new applications and features. They include Ulaa, a privacy-centric web browser and generative AI capabilities integrated into its Zia AI engine, as well as a new directory service, authentication management platform, contract management application, and data transformation capabilities within its ZohoCRM platform. These announcements support Zoho’s growing focus on the mid and large market as it reported 65% YoY growth in this segment. Beyond generative AI, the other announcements provide additional capabilities around data privacy and security. Zoho executives speaking at Zoholics repeatedly stressed the company’s commitment to data privacy and security.
