MetriNote – Zoom Integrates Employee Listening into Workvivo

October 10, 2024 - Zoom has updated its Workvivo employee engagement platform to now include a built-in, mobile-first employee listening suite, Employee Insights. With Employee Insights, companies can use automated, targeted pulse surveys to continuously measure employee engagement across 12 drivers, including well-being, culture and values, career development, communication, and productivity. The results, including overall engagement scores, are available in real-time insight dashboards. In addition, Zoom plans to integrate Zoom AI Companion (AIC) in H1 2025. AIC integration will allow admins to query survey data, surface relevant insights, and receive next-best-action recommendations based on Employee Insights, as well as sentiment analysis, from across the Workvivo platform.
