Via the partnership, Zoom is bringing its Zoom CX suite (Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, AI Expert Assist, Workforce Management, and Quality Management) to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Zoom customers will be able to bring together their customer interactions, employee workflows, and data into a single intelligent system.
