NICE’s sophisticated Enlighten AI platform provides insight into customer satisfaction, complaint management, sales effectiveness, and more. Now, with Industry Benchmarks, NICE customers have access to anonymized benchmarked interaction data for various industries. They can compare their own operations to those of their matching vertical industry benchmark in areas such as handle time, customer satisfaction, agent behaviors, sales effectiveness, training, automation, and more.
