March 11, 2024 – GoTo is moving upmarket in the contact center with the introduction of GoTo Contact Center Pro, a contact center-as-a-service (CCaaS) platform for medium and large companies of 500 or more employees. For omnichannel experiences, the platform supports a variety of channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, webchat, and WhatsApp. Additionally, it supports workflow integrations as well as advanced analytics and real-time reporting.
