MetriNote – Five9, BT Forge Partnership for Managed CCaaS Solution

May 4, 2023 – BT has expanded its contact center-related managed services portfolio with a Five9 Intelligent CX Platform solution, the providers have jointly announced. The Five9 platform, which will integrate with BT’s Global Managed Voice platform, supports a wide range of digital channels; advanced functionality including AI and automation, analytics, workflow automation and optimization; and pre-built integrations with CRM systems from Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and others. Earlier, Five9 has named BT its strategic carrier for voice and network services globally.
