August 20, 2024 – Mutare
announced that it is now offering its Voice Traffic Filter call analyzer via the Talkdesk AppConnect marketplace. Voice Traffic Filter analyzes incoming calls before they reach agents or interactive voice response systems, allowing companies to identify potential risk and apply appropriate policy such as call termination or specialized call routing. Analyzing incoming calls enables organizations to improve contact center operations, key performance indicators, and customer service, all while reducing risk of data loss, Mutare notes. This announcement adds to Mutare’s partner ecosystem, which currently includes Cisco, Five9, Genesys, and NICE.
