November 14, 2023 – RingCentral announced the general availability of two new products: RingCX, its natively-built AI-powered contact center solution previously announced in August of this year. And, RingCentral Events, the evolution of the Hopin Events platform for hosting live, in-person, and hybrid events that RingCentral acquired, also in August.

Metrigy covered RingCX in a previous MetriNote at time of announcement. Notable in today’s release is that RIngCX will retail for $65 per-agent, per-month which includes voice and digital channels.

RingCentral Events is a new offering, which leverages AI to enable content creation, question management, and the creation of clips from event content. Pricing starts at $750 per-year for events with up to 100 attendees.
