November 20, 2024 – Talkdesk has formally introduced Talkdesk Embedded, providing the ability to embed customizable Talkdesk components directly within third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and helpdesk applications. In particular, administrators and technical users can use no-code/low-code tools to bring elements of the Talkdesk Workspace interface, Talkdesk Conversations App for voice, and the generative AI-powered Talkdesk Copilot agent assistant into the customer management applications their agents use throughout the day. Talkdesk Embedded is one of a variety of new and future products and capabilities Talkdesk leaders showcased during a two-day analyst summit in Charleston, S.C.
