MetriNote – LeapXpert Delivers Compliant iMessage Solution

May 15, 2023 – Secure communications vendor LeapXpert has introduced an expanded capability for companies to communicate with Apple iMessage users while meeting enterprise compliance requirements. Previously, LeapXpert delivered gateway support between iMessage and consumer services such as Signal, Telegram, WeChat, WhatsApp, and SMS. The newly announced features allow LeapXpert Leap Work and Microsoft Teams users to communicate securely with those using iMessage. The LeapXpert solution provides a company-managed phone number to share with iMessage users, eliminating the use of personal iPhone numbers and ensuring that all communications with iMessage users are in accordance with retention and security policies. The solution supports both personal and company-managed Apple IDs.
